Christian Heritage Academy academic curriculum covers a full spectrum from Pre Kindergarten to grade 12. We have highlighted the key features of the curriculum in the early childhood, elementary and high school.
| EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM: Pre-K to Kindergarten |
- Rich literature-based program nurtures early reading/writing readiness.

- Daily schedule includes small group interaction, which helps the children to cooperate, listen and share.

- Enriched math, science and computer technology programs focus students on using their deductive reasoning skills to solve real life problems

- Students begin to develop communicative abilities in a foreign language.

- Religious education encourages students to read the Bible to find out more about Jesus, and to live their lives as Jesus did.

- Rich music and art programs provide opportunities for esthetic appreciation and enjoyment.

- Social studies curriculum leads students into an awareness of their society, the global environment, history and current events.

| JUNIOR HIGH & HIGH SCHOOL: Grades 7-12 |
- Students learn how to work independently in the school’s computer program, updating their skills and completing research assignments using the Internet.

- Strong communication arts program continues to develop students’ reading, writing, oral, and critical thinking skills.
|
- Students continue their foreign language studies.
|
- A rich physical education program gives students the opportunity to develop athletic skills, and includes the opportunity to compete with other schools in track and field.

- Students continue to study the sciences, social studies, and math at a more advanced, in-depth level, preparing them to excel on the New York State Regents Examinations and College Board Advanced Placement Examinations

- Students on the advanced track can earn High School credit in Grades 7 and 8 and college credit in Grades 11 and 12.
|
- Field trips, designed to correlate with the classroom curriculum, enhance the students’ learning experience.

- Religious education classes, devotions and worship services continue to develop the spiritual aspect of our students’ lives.
